네이버는 네이버핸즈가 독립적인 법인으로서 존속할 수 있도록 보조금을 지원합니다.
보조금을 바탕으로 발달 장애인 직원들이 네이버핸즈 정규직에 소속되어 안정적으로 근무할 수 있으며, 출자법인은 장애인 고용 부담금을 일부 감면받을 수 있습니다.
*장애인고용촉진 및 직업재활법 제 22조의 2에 따름
