NAVER Business Ethical Consulting Center is a place where the employees of NAVER Corporation or
NAVER affiliates can get consultations and report in relation to violations of Laws and regulations such as the Fair Trade Act, abuse of superior positions, improper solicitation and/or graft, payment-related complaints, leak of confidential information, and other fraudulent activities. NAVER Business Ethics Consulting Center protects the contents and identity of the consultee in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures of NAVER, and will do its best to process all items as early as possible. For NAVER's services or other services operated by NAVER Corporation or NAVER affiliates, please contact the Customer Center of each relevant company.

Consultee Protection Program

• Consultee identity and consultation details
  Strictly protected by laws and company regulations

  ·

  Prohibit disclosure of the identity of consultees and investigation cooperators without the consent of
  the consultee

  ·

  Ensure confidentiality of consultees and counseling contents during the fact-finding and panalty process

  ·

  Penalize NAVER employees who violate the obligation to protect identity and confidentiality

  ·

  The identity of the consultee and the contents of the consultation may be provided or disclosed to an
  outside party only in the following cases

  When provision or disclosure is required by law.

  To external legal experts for legal advice and consultation after having pledged confidentiality

• CConsultee protection and preventive measures
  for potential discrimination against consultees

  Prohibit retaliation against employees who seek for consultations or report violations of laws
  and company rules, as well as employees who cooperate in the investigation of a report

  ·

  Compensation may be paid for direct financial disadvantages incurred as a result of counseling and
  reporting

  ·

  Consultee protection program provided to executives and employees who refuse unfair demands or
  coercion to commit misconduct

• Compensation for consultees

  ·

  Compensation is available to not only executives, employees of our company, and affiliated companies,
  but also external consultees outside the company according to the compensation payment regulations after
  verifying the facts of reports (maximum compensation 50 million won)

  ·

  If the consulted party has committed acts that violate corporate ethics, such as cheating, but has self-reported
  the fact, the consultee may be exempted from or receive reduced penalty or disciplinary action (Self-reporting
  exemption rule)
