TEAM NAVER joins “Cityscape Global 2025,” held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 17 to 20 (local time), to showcase a range of its IT technologies applicable to the architecture and real estate sectors.
“Cityscape Global 2025” is the world’s largest exhibition in the construction, architecture, property technology (proptech), and real estate fields. As of last year, it drew approximately 172,000 visitors and over 500 exhibitors, with real estate transactions totaling around USD 61 billion, solidifying its status as a flagship event in the construction and real estate industries.
At this year’s exhibition, TEAM NAVER plans to strengthen its position as a technology partner in the global market by presenting real-world use cases of advanced technologies, such as digital twin, AI, and cloud, in real estate and urban operations. In particular, it will propose strategies to accelerate digital transformation (DX) in urban development and architecture, starting with the digital twin platforms built in June this year for three Saudi cities: Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah.
This year’s exhibition booth comprises four zones designed to help visitors intuitively understand and experience NAVER’s real-world technologies: (1) the “Smart City Zone,” which introduces NAVER’s smart city technologies and digital twin platform while unveiling the mapping robot “T2-B” in Saudi Arabia; (2) the “AI Zone,” which showcases NAVER’s AI value chain and Sovereign AI; (3) the “VR Zone,” which allows visitors to experience a new residential complex in Riyadh using digital twin technology; and (4) the “Expert Bar,” where NAVER, as the digital technology partner of Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company, presents its technologies and collaborative vision in the architecture and real estate domains.
The company stated that it decided to participate again this year, following last year’s event, because of the growing demand for NAVER’s technologies in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding real estate and architecture sectors, driven by the Vision 2030 initiative. This marks the company’s fourth participation in exhibition in Saudi Arabia, further solidifying its cooperative relationship with the Saudi government.
Kim Yu-won, CEO of NAVER Cloud, stated, “It is meaningful to be able to showcase the digital twin technologies we have implemented in Saudi Arabia, along with TEAM NAVER’s AI capabilities and smart city solutions, which are being unveiled locally for the first time.” He added, “We plan to continue advancing the platform in collaboration with local partners and uncover new use cases in the future.” (End)
