Organizations, businesses or individuals that wish to build a partnership with NAVER and its affiliates are required to enter the following personal information.

• 1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: [Required] Name of company, name of person submitting the proposal, email address, phone number / [Optional] Website URL, fax number

• 2. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND USING PERSONAL INFORMATION: The collected data is used to identify a person and offer specific services based on the information provided.

• 3. USE AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA: Any information submitted with your proposal will be retained for a period of one month from the date of submission, then destroyed.

• 4. THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE ABOVE CONDITIONS: You have the right to reject the terms and conditions of the policy outlined above; however, doing so will hinder you from submitting your proposal.
  For all other matters, we will adhere to the privacy policies of the respective organizations. In the case that you receive a request for resubmission of your proposal, but do not take further action to edit or supplement your proposal within the next 30 days, your proposal will be terminated.

NAVER and its affiliates will review your submitted proposal, and for accepted proposals, notify the successful applicants to initiate the next step in the partnership process. Proposals may be rejected on the grounds that parts of the proposed partnership overlap or too closely resemble ongoing NAVER and its affiliates an earlier proposal from another third party, or because the conditions or direction of the proposed partnership are not compatible with the present corporate strategy. Please keep this in mind when submitting your proposal, and refrain from including confidential or sensitive information, including information that you cannot disclose to NAVER and its affiliates potentially confidential business ideas, and trade secrets. We are not obligated to notify rejected parties individually or provide them with any sort of compensation. For partnership proposals involving the usage of patents, copyrighted material and other forms of intellectual property, please submit your proposal only after you have obtained the necessary legal permissions. Any information included in the proposal will be used for review purposes only, and will be promptly destroyed upon rejection of the proposal. Any personal information, including the proposal registration number, will be retained for one month to allow the submitting parties to check their proposal status online. However, all personal information, except information entered into the "Site for Partnership" and "Partnership Type” sections, which will be used for statistical purposes, will be promptly destroyed after the designated period of one month.
