NAVER Corporation (CEO Choi Soo-yeon, www.navercorp.com) announced that its revenue for the third quarter of 2025 reached KRW 3.1381 trillion, with an operating profit of KRW 570.6 billion and a net profit of KRW 734.7 billion.
NAVER’s Q3 consolidated revenue reached KRW 3.1381 trillion, up 15.6% year over year (YoY) and 7.6% quarter over quarter (QoQ), driven by continued solid growth in core business segments such as the Search Platform and Commerce through AI integration. Meanwhile, consolidated operating profit grew 8.6% from the same period last year and 9.4% from the previous quarter, reaching KRW 570.6 billion—the highest figure to date.
Revenue by business segment was as follows: KRW 1.0602 trillion from the Search Platform, KRW 985.5 billion from Commerce, KRW 433.1 billion from Fintech, KRW 509.3 billion from Content, and KRW 150.0 billion from Enterprise.
Search Platform revenue reached KRW 1.0602 trillion, up 6.3% YoY and 2.3% QoQ, driven by improved ad efficiency through AI tools such as ADVoost and the expansion of feed services. Overall ad revenue across NAVER’s platform grew 10.5% from the same period last year and 3.5% from the previous quarter. With an increase in high-quality user-generated content (UGC) and enhanced AI-powered personalized recommendations, the number of daily active users on the home feed also surpassed 10 million.
Commerce revenue reached KRW 985.5 billion, up 35.9% YoY and 14.4% QoQ, following enhanced personalized experiences specialized for discovery and exploration within NAVER Plus Store, the expansion of N Delivery, and strengthened membership benefits. Transaction volume on the Smart Store also rose by 12.3% from the same period last year.
Fintech revenue came in at KRW 433.1 billion, marking a 12.5% increase YoY and a 5.2% rise QoQ. NAVER Pay’s total payment volume in Q3 reached KRW 22.7 trillion, up 21.7% from the same period last year, mainly due to the growth in the Smart Store and the continued expansion of its external ecosystem.
Content revenue totaled KRW 509.3 billion, an increase of 10.0% YoY and 7.4% QoQ, maintaining steady growth following WEBTOON’s expansion and an increase in paid subscribers for camera apps.
Enterprise revenue reached KRW 150.0 billion, indicating a 3.8% YoY and 13.9% QoQ rise, backed by new revenue from GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) and an increase in paid LINE WORKS IDs.
NAVER CEO Choi Soo-yeon stated, “By aligning with our ‘On-Service AI’ direction and focusing on AI-driven advancement across our services and businesses, we were able to generate tangible results in terms of expanded business opportunities and revenue growth.” She added, “Looking ahead to the upcoming AI agent era, we will broaden AI integration across more sectors to strengthen our core competitiveness while actively pursuing future growth engines for global expansion.” (End)
