NAVER Cloud (CEO Kim Yu-won) announced on October 18 the launch of “NAVER WORKS ClovaNote,” a corporate version of its AI-powered meeting minutes service. The business version of CLOVA Note is expected to enhance corporate productivity by allowing businesses to store, analyze, and transform meeting data into valuable assets.
The newly introduced “NAVER WORKS ClovaNote” significantly strengthens the security features that are crucial for corporate users, introducing a login system using corporate email addresses, two-factor authentication, IP restrictions, and device control for added security.
The service also introduces features tailored to each corporate environment. Companies can now create custom AI models by adding industry jargon and company-specific terms to a "frequently used terms" list. An integrated address book allows team members to easily share and manage work-related recordings, facilitating smoother collaboration. This service is available on both mobile and web platforms, offering real-time synchronization for convenient access anytime and anywhere.
NAVER Cloud also mentioned plans to integrate the corporate version of ClovaNote more closely with its collaboration tool, NAVER WORKS. Future updates will include various additional convenience features, such as emotion recognition, automatic speaker identification, and simultaneous multilingual recognition.
Meanwhile, NAVER Cloud is running a promotion to celebrate the launch of “NAVER WORKS ClovaNote” from October 18, 2024, to January 31, 2025. Companies that sign up for a paid plan during this period will receive double the conversion time until February 28, 2025, providing ample time to convert recordings.
