NAVER Corporation (CEO Choi Soo-yeon) enters the B2B arena with its “PRISM Live Studio”, mobile live streaming application. The company plans to broaden the reach of its global live-streaming technology by launching advanced technological products tailored to the requirements of business clients.
On January 25, NAVER announced the launch of the B2B product of its PRISM Live Studio mobile app, representing the pinnacle of its live video platform technology. It will be featured on the NAVER CLOUD platform, which showcases a suite of technical solutions for B2B clients.
Introduced in March 2019, NAVER’s PRISM Live Studio serves as a multi-platform, providing live streaming and video editing features across both PC and mobile environments. It allows general users to broadcast live content conveniently like professionals, offering compatibility with numerous global live platforms such as YouTube, and Facebook, in addition to NAVER Shopping Live, CHZZK, Band, and NAVER TV. PRISM Live Studio is recognized worldwide for its advanced technology, with international users from over 200 countries making up 90%.
NAVER also provides a stable broadcasting environment and functionalities externally through its proprietary live cloud service, “NAVER Live Cloud.” Data.ai reports that, as of January 2024, it has achieved the top spot in mobile streaming app downloads on both Google Play and the App Store.
